Chapter 8 of 10

Findings and sharing

Separate columns for simulated and real results, takeaways you can act on, and a way to let others look without handing them the keys.

Findings is where the decision gets written next to the evidence. The Brief, the studies, and Findings stay linked in a Project so anyone can trace a decision, like leading with a Pay button, back to the evidence behind it.

Read by source

AI Panel results and real participant results sit in separate columns. Each has its own Pulse. You see individual responses plus summary material. User Sage does not collapse people into one blended average. A word cloud, when there is enough text for one, is a plain count of the words people typed. No AI involved.

Write takeaways in language your team can ship against. “Lead with Pay; simulated and real first clicks agreed” is more useful than “engagement synergies improved.” Keep the source labels in anything you paste into a deck.

Share without losing the thread

You can share Findings with people who were not in the builder. On a study, open Share results. You get two choices. Turn on sharing for a public results link anyone can open: no sign‑in, and researcher‑only details never show. Specific people uses Invite by email so someone can see that study’s results without joining your workspace.

For ongoing access across studies, invite people from Settings → Team instead. Viewers can look at results without counting toward the member limit. Members share the workspace’s studies, credits, and GenPop wallet. Only invite people to that level when they need to build and run.

Export is a Pro capability. For day‑one reviews, the share path and viewer access are usually enough.

What good sharing looks like

  • Link the Project or Findings, not a screenshot with the source labels cropped off.
  • Say what was AI Panel and what was Your Panel or GenPop in the first lines of your note.
  • Point to the open questions that still need a live session or another clone.
